Sometimes the most wonderful things are revealed after dark.
Montreal photographer Linda Rutenberg spent time photographing flowers
at night in botanical gardens across North America. The luminous results
are presented in a lovely coffee table book called The
Garden at Night: Private Views of Public Edens.
From cacti and agaves in the Arizona desert to Persian Buttercups in
California, each photo is like stepping into a nocturnal wonderland.
The Garden at Night: Private Views of Public Edens ($46.95).
