Just when we thought the posh ladies lunch had gone the way of the push-up
bra, we decided to break bread with the girls at the Four Seasons new Yew,
which was all a-buzz at the noon hour.
The bright and airy space
with a tree decor theme and elegant floating fireplace was host to a mixed
crowd of lunching ladies, business trios and celebs (we spied Gillian
Andersonhere filming the X-Files moviewith her adorable toddler
son and husband and the largest diaper bag weve even seen).
Hot and
cold sandwiches are the order of the day (people are eating bread again!)
as well as nouveau classics like venison Cobb salad, pancetta-topped
burgers and lightly-battered halibut with a petite cone of hand-cut chips.
Come
