Squeezing ones worldly possessions into 600 square feet can sometimes

Ready to throw money at the problem, we booked an appointment at
LAtelier BSH. This new demonstration centre for Gaggenau, Thermador and
Bosch is full of sleek, condo-size appliances perfect for our
galley-kitchen. We coveted the 18-inch
wide Bosch Integra dishwasher ($1,600), and were awestruck by the
Axxis stackable washers and dryers (from $1,100). Also on-site? Chef
Norman Laprise wowing crowds with his space-conscious cooking tips in
the stores swishy test kitchen
Sipping an espresso and testing the dishwashers, we contemplated our
new-found cupboard space. No magic required.
