Downhill Diva

January 20, 2011

With the forecast calling for snow, snow and more snow, what better way
to embrace the season than by zigzagging at full pelt down one of our
citys toboggan runs?

Withrow Park

The hill is quite steep but still suitable for
easy-riding toddlers and kids.

Riverdale Park
Thrill seekers will love this one.
Look its not the Cresta Run, but its steep enough to get excited about.

Trinity Bellwoods
If you live in the neighbourhood
why not fit in a quick sled-ride on your krazy karpet before work? Sure
beats a cold shower in the morning.

High Park
With plenty of hills to choose from, High
Park is a good option if your group includes both daredevils and wusses.

Lithuania Park
Dont miss out on this sledding star.
The longest hill of the lot.

No toboggan? Try thick a garbage bag, a baking tray or a For Sale sign.
