Quebec is good at growing apples and producing maple syrup, but it turns
out that were also increasingly awesome at wine .
We took a one-day excursion ($129 per person) with Kava
Tours and our knowledgeable guide took us to three of the Eastern
Townships best wineries. We learned to swirl, sip and spit like a pro,
saw the impressive installations of our belle provinces winemakers,
soaked in the stunning views, enjoyed a (provided) picnic lunch and, of
course, tasted our fair share of locally produced wine.
