Where the SAT now
stands was once the Marché Saint-Laurent, the first public market in the
area and starting tomorrow, the area will be returned to its roots as
local producers will set up shop for Marché du Foodlab.
Besides organic fruit and vegetables, terroir eats including
charcuteries and cheeses will be on offer. Dont feel like cooking? The
Grumman 78 taco truck and paella maker extraordinaire Chef Tigreton will
also make appearances.
