SAIT has launched its satellite
culinary campus in the heart of downtown Calgary at the Scotia
Centre. Fully stocked with top of the line equipment, the new 10,000
sqare foot campus gives the professional cooking students a new place to
call home.
While we all daydream about being Top Chef Canada, we will happily
settle for their fun and exciting evening classes including Duets: Beer
and Food Pairing or learning how to can and preserve.
And to appease our immediate needs, we are off to pick up a box of
freshly-made French macarons! Kait Kucy
