Coffee has become sacred to me. I always used to boast that while I
loved the taste and ritual of coffee, I could exchange decaf for regular
and not know the difference. Now that I have kids, I realized I need
that kick of caffeine more than ever and on a daily basis. My morning
coffee has become a very, very important part of my day.
One of my favourite places to grab a coffee is from the Pemberton Coffee
truck at the Squamish Farmers Market on Saturdays. Buying from a truck
usually means no fancy trimmings (forget the soy milk hazelnut decaf
latte, there are three deliciously simple options in total) and so I
