Ingredients:

3 cups whole milk (chocolate milk can be substituted)

2 scoops of ice cream

1 generous dollop of artificially flavoured syrup

1 non-organic banana

3 heaping tablespoons of white sugar


Blend for a minute and serve in a tall glass.
