5 Cool Facts about the Newly Revamped OPUS Hotel

We checked out the newly renovated OPUS Hotel and were very impressed
with some of the new features. Here are our top five.

1. The deluxe rooms have a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone that guests can use.
No more roaming charges! The phone is yours to use while staying at the
hotel, incoming calls are free, and you’re connected to wifi throughout
the city.This is the first hotel in the world to offer this service – we
think it is a GREAT idea.

2. All the rooms feature local art. Look out for work from Tiko Kerr,
Taizo Yamamoto, and Mark Mizgala adorning the bright coloured walls.

3. Nightly turn down doesn’t feature boring old chocolates. Expect to
find some retro candy, Pop Rocks or a Pez dispenser on your pillow case
before bed.

4. OPUS has bikes available for their guests, free of charge. When in
Vancouver…cycle.

5. The hotel’s new sgnature scent is white tea and thyme. Another reason
you won’t want to leave…
