Last time Feist was in Montreal, she appeared as a hologram at the
Samsung Galaxy S4 launch.
At 9:30 tonight, shes here in the flesh to open the 34th
edition of the Montreal Jazz Festival, a party that will go on until
July 7.
Other acts well happily brave the crowds to see include The Barr
Brothers, She & Him, The Cat Empire, Belle & Sebastian, Montreals own
Suuns and, admittedly, anyone who happens to catch our ear as we graze
our way through the food trucks.
