Sucrée, a new vegan bakery, had us at bonjour.
But dont think that owner Milène Laoun is a new player on the pastry
scene: Shes been creating custom cakes (beloved by stylish brides, most
notably) for several years.
Now that she has pignon sur rue, she can serve up her vegan and
gluten-free treats to the masses, as well as offer workshops and special
events.
