Secret Location’s innovative 300 dishes in 30 days culinary experience have ended, but the menu has transitioned into an exciting new evening format: a choice of three tasting menus (three course, five course, or 10 course).
We indulged in the 10 course option and dishes included tea smoked sockeye salmon with parsnip mascarpone and coffee crusted ostrich with burnt leek and black garlic puree, pine oil and heirloom carrot. With the freshest West Coast fare on offer, look for frequent changes to the line-up.
