With fakes everywhere around us—from purses to pouts—we find ourselves craving authenticity. So it was with such relief to discover Sip Wine Bar.

The pizzas here are certified authentic, made to the strict standards set out by Italy’s True Neapolitan Pizza Association. With more than a dozen wood-fired pies to choose from, this Sophie’s choice was too much to bear—so we ordered two. Do the same (and let your server know, they’ll helpfully halve them for you). And while the pizzas are thin, don’t let that deceive you. The savoury cheese and sausage of the anduja pizza packs a delicious, spicy punch.
