Party goers have long hit Brassaii for its nightlife, but the Kitchen at Brassaii is now stepping up its dining game.
Helmed by chef Marcus Monteiro, who’s returned to the T-dot after travelling to 100 cities and working overseas (in Spain, Noma, Fat Duck and Azurmendi—not too shabby a resumé), the "New Age Mediterranean" menu at the Kitchen’s got foodies buzzing. Think crispy ribs with either Moroccan glaze or mint chutney and a raw salad of apricot, kiwi, beets, dill, pickled carrot, brûléed orange and homemade cheese.
Welcome to our regular restaurant rotation, Kitchen at Brassaii. —Karen Kwan
