Craft breweries across the province, make room. There’s a new (distillery) in town.
Alberta’s first craft distillery, Eau Claire Distillery, produces artisanal, small batches of vodka, whiskey and gin from within a reconverted movie theatre in the picturesque Town of Turner Valley. The business has a “grain-to-glass” philosophy, meaning that all its spirits will be made from local grains and produce. Out first is Three Point Vodka, made from malting barley and pure mountain water and perfect in your favourite summertime cocktail.
