An ethereal tuft of cotton candy is a magic ticket to ultra-sweet nostalgic festivity. It’s a confection we associate with some adorable, if abstract, concepts, like being carefree in the summer and the excitement of really special occasions. Vancouver cotton candy purveyors Petite Puf have taken our childhood favourite far beyond the fairground with their spun sugar in sophisticated flavours. Cloudy puffs of mango-chili, flossy coconut and earl grey tea elevate cotton candy past its usual taste-profile ("pink," in case you’re wondering). They’ve even got a glitterball flavour, a goldspun vanilla that we’ll be eating in our next rap video, for sure.
