New Eats: Pops Art

Though summer will soon fade in our rearview mirrors, we’ve unwrapped an ice-cold reason to hold on just a li’l longer.

St. Henri popsicle shop POPS ART caters to a palate that craves more than cherry or grape. We can’t wait to try some wild flavour combinations, like litchi/raspberry, chocolate/banana and lemonade/cucumber/mint, made with local products and little sugar.
