If a picture is worth a thousand words, get ready for an onslaught of knowledge.
Already underway, the World Press Photo event showcases prize-winning photographs from the most prestigious professional photography competition on the planet. It’s truly the crème de la crème of photography, and this year 5,800 photographers from 130 countries submitted a total of 98,000 images. Out of all of the submissions, the 150 winning photos are on display in Montreal’s Bonsecours Market.
That’s a lot of eye candy to feast on from now until September 28th. —Ariella Starkman
