We’re already well-acquainted with the ribs from the wood-fire pit and the buttermilk fried chicken at The Carbon Bar and, if our BFF came in dessert format, ours would be that delectable banana toffee cream pie.
But we always have room for more "friends" in our life—especially when it comes to delicious, easy-on-the-budget snacks that can be eaten while enjoying live music and DJs. Available Thursday to Saturday from 11 p.m. until 2 a.m., the resto’s late-night menu boasts seven items to satisfy those midnight munchies, from spicy (shishito peppers—watch out! We enjoyed a few so hot they made us cry) to fried (popcorn chicken with kimchi mayo) to savoury (crispy sticky tofu even meat-lovers will enjoy).
All while you enjoy a nightcap. —Karen Kwan
