The building itself left us agape thanks to the impressive transformation of Inglewood’s historic National Hotel into The Nash and Off Cut Bar. Keeping with the building’s roots, a beautiful vintage vibe runs throughout the restaurant from the gorgeous bar to the eclectic décor. Indulge in lunch or dinner at The Nash or try out Off Cut Bar, which sits tucked beside the dining room and offers an impressive cocktail selection (you need to get to know the pisco-inspired Sundance Saloon ASAP) that’s perfect for after-work drinks.
