If you haven’t tried Jacek Chocolate yet, made from ethically sourced French chocolate and other fresh ingredients, you simply don’t know pleasure.

Now, the Sherwood Park-based brand’s new downtown boutique means treats any day of the week. And, thanks to founder Jacqueline Jacek’s love of fashion, our snacks are looking more stylish than ever, with couture chocolate "collections" that come and go with the seasons. For spring, pieces from the Alice in Wonderland-inspired Mad Hatter series boast flavours of sage and smoked chanterelle, unbirthday cake (vanilla bean ganache and dark chocolate) and Earl Grey tea.
