Customers can taste test to their hearts’ content and even create their own tasty combos by mixing the oils with the shop’s selection of aged Modena Balsamic Vinegars (which, too, come in exotic flavours like Chocolate Jalapeño and Espresso Bean). Stuck? Ask for expert pairing tips from staff. We were told to try mixing Tuscan Herb EVOO with Lavender White Balsamic for a summer salad, or White Truffle and Butter flavoured oils for perfect upscale popcorn.
