It’s all about fresh, buttermilk-y waffles at this new downtown spot.
The menu at Buttermilk may be simple (just waffles here, folks), but there’s nothing generic about these tasty, homemade delights. Lemon waffles with lemon curd and crumbled goat cheese are light and sunny while Village waffles, topped with their namesake ice cream as well as pecans, whipped cream and your choice of sticky toffee sauce or melted chocolate, are rich and sinfully indulgent. We got creative and made our own custom waffle plate, choosing from delicious toppings like crème fraiche and blueberry compote. Yum.
