Gastown’s Bambudda has accomplished the impossible, creating a vegan cocktail foam that’s virtually identical in taste and appearance to its egg-white-filled counterpart.
Featured in the resto’s new Vegan Pisco Sour, the foam’s unique combination of bitters includes three carefully chosen (and may we say delicious) botanicals. Though these ingredients remain top secret, Bambudda tells us it plans on hocking the blend (among others) to would-be bartenders in the near future.
