Winnipeg’s Coal and Canary Candle Company has created a sweet-smelling must-have for fall.
The firm specializes in a very specific niche: handmade candles for hip and young professionals. As such, its wares are super-luxe, made with a soy and vegetable wax blend and wooden wicks that eliminate smoke and soot and emit a cosy, cracking noise. They come in several scents, with fun names like Chunky Knit Sweater (pumpkins, pecans and spices) and The Cider Made Me Do It (McIntosh, Red Delicious and Fuji apples).
