Acai Ginger Detox Bowl

INGREDIENTS

· 1 packet of frozen organic acai berry pulp
· 2 heaping handfuls of organic spinach
· 1 frozen banana
· 1⁄2 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
· 1 Tbsp of grated ginger
· Dash of cinnamon
· Ice as needed to thicken

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until thick and creamy.
The texture should be thick enough to coat a spoon. If too thin, add ice or more frozen bananas. If extremely thick add coconut or almond milk.
Top with sliced fresh fruit and enjoy.
