Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups PC Organic Lemonade
2 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon white rum
3 mint leaves finely chopped
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a glass measuring cup.
Pour into PC Snap in Ice Rocket popsicle molds and freeze overnight. Ready to serve and enjoy the next day!
