Break Bread at Guillaume Bakery

There is no shortage of bakeries in la belle province. That being said, new openings are always welcome.

Technically, Guillaume is not a new bakery at all (its has occupied two different Mile End locations since 2010). However, the brand new space on the Main definitely feels like a new beginning.

We love the lofty ceilings, industrial vibe and public terrasse next door but most of all, it’s about the highly addictive artisanal baked goods, which are showcased in the most highly Instagrammable display.

Whether you walk away with a basic baguette or choose tasty sweet or savoury creations, your carb cravings don’t stand a chance.
