New Eats: Royale Brasserie Francaise

September 8, 2016

This buzz-worthy new spot along 17th Avenue has claimed the space formerly occupied by Corbeaux Bakehouse. This French-inspired eatery, owned by the Teatro Group, really nailed the whole brasserie vibe—the space is chic but cozy and welcoming. The food is also amazing, thanks to Chef Dominique Moussu putting his take on classic dishes from his native France. Try the Choucroute Classique, a beautiful dish of cabbage, salted pork, sausage and potatoes and pair it with one of the many French cocktails or wines. There’s also a killer brunch on weekends with delicious classics like Eggs Benedict and Croque Monsieur.

Bon appétit!—Sara Samson
