Priding itself on an entirely plant-based, internationally-inspired menu, this new Yorkville restaurant is taking on a unique spin on sustainable, ethically-sourced food. Planta offers up exciting and innovative dishes, ranging from small plates as diverse as coconut ceviche, fried kimchi dumplings and watermelon poké; to main dishes like pizza, veggie Planta burger and lasagne made using organic flour. To cap it off, there’s an organic wine list, cold-pressed juices and smoothies on hand.
