Ingredients:
1 prepared pizza dough, fresh or frozen 1 cup cauliflower, cooked 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil |
cauliflower florets, for topping red onion, for topping mushrooms, for topping jalapeños, for topping mozzarella, for topping |
Steam cauliflower until tender. Transfer to a blender. Add parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper and olive oil. Blitz until well combined.
Heat oven to 400. Spread cauliflower puree mixture on pizza dough, then top with desired toppings (we used cauliflower florets, red onion, mushroom, jalapeno and fresh mozzarella).
Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
