Ingredients:
2 kiwi (peeled)
1 banana (frozen)
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (or ⅓ cup hemp seeds)
2 tbsp chia seeds
3 cups baby spinach
2 cups water or unsweetened almond milk
4 ice cubes
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together in a blender and blend very well until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
