The 30-Second Smoothie

The holidays are behind us. Time to put away the Bailey’s and get re-acquainted with our old friend the smoothie.

Still in sloth mode? Do healthy the lazy way with a freezer stocked with Evive Smoothies. The locally made frozen smoothies are packed with fruit, veg and so-called superfoods like chia seeds, brown rice protein or sea buckthrorn berry so all you have to do is add liquid (anything but Bailey’s!) and blend. The hardest part is choosing a flavour: Yogi (spinach, kale and fruit), Guerrier (berries and beets) or Touk-Touk (mango, pineapple, coconut).
