Looks like beer, tastes like heaven … Starbucks‘ Nitro Cold Brew is now available for Vancouverites. We recently tasted the caffeinated concoction, and we’ve gotta say, we were pleasantly surprised with this new way to get our caffeine kick. Poured right from the tap like your favourite Guinness, Starbucks uses a two-tap system: one for its cold brew (the one we sipped all summer) and one for the foamy nitro coffee. We were mesmerized as we watched the frothy delight quickly expand to the top of our coffee cup and finish with a foamy white effect—a nice contrast to the rich (albeit, strong!) black coffee. Right now, nitro is offered in six stores in Vancouver, but here’s hoping it’s coming to your neck of the woods soon!
