We Want to MOVE it MOVE it

January 5, 2017

If motivation (or lack thereof) derails your New Year’s resolutions to get fit and fierce, then MOVE Fitness Club will keep you on track.

The newly minted boutique gym has a ton of active appeal. Its mandate is to encourage women to fall in love with fitness by offering small-group training, supportive coaches and nutritional guidance. Classes are small, 14 people max with two trainers per class, each one adapted to suit all levels so you won’t get lost in the shuffle (or slack off!). There’s an organic juice bar, infrared sauna, thick towels, Kiehl’s toiletries and, for busy mamas, a well-stocked Little Movers child-minding room (so even Junior won’t sabotage your goals). The space is gorgeous, and the get-strong (versus lose-weight) approach, not to mention the lack of calipers and scales, is a refreshing breath of air.
