Follow any Montreal-based influencers and you’ve probably seen shots of Kampai Garden.
The expansive beer garden, which recently opened in the Faubourg Sainte-Catherine near Concordia’s downtown campus, is the brainchild of A5 Hospitality (Jatoba, Flyjin, Apt.200, etc.), with a menu concocted by chef Antonio Park. The concept is a crowd-pleasing formula: craft cocktails plus trendy fare, including poké + fancy hot dogs and tacos + an inspired interior (think lush tropical vibes with plenty of cheeky neon signs) = instant hot-spot status.
