Details and conditions which relate to the prize:
1. Reservations must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to departure;
2. Seat selection and personal expenses are at the expense of the winner;
3. The trip must take place before October 1st, 2017;
4. Certain periods are excluded: Christmas, New Year’s and Easter holidays, as well as the school breaks.
5. General conditions described on the Air Transat website at airtransat.ca in effect at the time of booking apply, including in the event of cancellation for health or other reasons. No deferral is possible once the reservation is made (please refer to Air Transat website);
6. In case of unforeseen circumstances, Transat reserves the right to change travel dates, after informing the winner;
7. The period of validity may not be extended. The prize is neither exchangeable nor refundable, it cannot be resold and has no cash value;
8. The winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for obtaining adequate and valid travel documents and travel insurance before departure and at their own expense.
9. Departure and return dates, as well as flights must be the same for both passengers travelling.
