From feminine utilitarian chic to romantic dresses, Toronto-based Horses Atelier‘s clothes are the pieces we trot out time and time again.
Writers-turned-designers Claudia Dey and Heidi Sopinka launched the label in 2012 and, since then, have seen their creations worn by the likes of Georgia May Jagger. Our own unbridled enthusiasm for the duo’s esthetic is understandable: their jumpsuits made from natural Italian and Japanese fabrics in cuts that make them fashion-forward (think: just the right touch of “architectural” without being overwhelming) are all we want to wear, daily. And, with their fanciful modern numbers in velvet hanging in our closet, stressing over what to wear to a soirée is no longer a thing.
