The Science of Cocktails Fundraiser Was a Showstopper
By VITA Daily
The Telus World of Science transformed into Vancouver’s largest laboratory on February 9, with the city’s most talented bartenders and chefs showcasing the chemistry, biology and physics behind preparing modern cocktails and cuisine. This year’s event completely sold out, and tickets for next year are already on sale (get ’em while you can). Besides more than 20 bar and 12 mouthwatering food stations, all proceeds from this fundraiser went to Science World’s Class Field Trips program, benefiting students at under-served schools throughout the Lower Mainland.
