What Moms (Really) Want

May 5, 2017

Here are a few things we’re coveting for Mother’s Day (aside from love, hugs and breakfast in bed, of course). Take notes, people (read: hubbies and kiddies). —Marianne Wisenthal

matching socks. Fun new socks always put a spring in mom’s step. Last year L.A.-based Pair of Thieves launched dad + kid pairings that, quite frankly, made us a tad jealous. Finally moms can get in on the twinsie game with one of four peppy print duos from floral to polka dot (18 months to 12 years). $20 at pairofthieves.com

Now Kobo’s brand-new Aura H20 eReader lets us do both at the SAME TIME (cue the angels singing). This waterproof beauty holds up to 6,000 books and has an anti-glare, paper-like display that won’t strain eyes. It’s not available until May 22, but we’ll take an IOU. $200 at kobobooks.com
