TaroScope: January 2018

January 2, 2018

Your future is bright—or, at least, predictable (in the best possible way) thanks to our resident tarot expert Kerry Ward, whose horoscopes also star in Cosmo UK. This month, Kerry reveals what’s in store for the air, earth, fire and water signs among us!

taroscope

air signs: libra, aquarius, gemini (four of swords, two of wands, knight of swords). Take a step back in order to move forward. Things have been hectic but, recently, the momentum’s slowed, your focus has drifted; it’s hard to stay 100 per cent motivated 100 per cent of the time. Instead of procrastinating or second-guessing your progress so far, just relax and enjoy this temporary hiatus. And, then, make a conscious first step back onto the treadmill and get going again. Full steam ahead.

taroscope

earth signs: capricorn, virgo, taurus (ten of cups, temperance, ace of wands). A new era for a new relationship … someone you’ve always locked horns with, but have also been both fascinated AND irritated by, suddenly makes sense to you. One of you has changed. Your perspective shifts and your relationship now takes a completely new direction! You "get" each other. This could become a lifelong friendship, collaboration, partnership or even romance. Celebrate the second chance.

taroscope

fire signs: leo, aries, sagittarius (the moon, the tower, seven of cups). Feel the fear and do it anyway. Fears get amplified when suppressed. You’re going to face down one of your anxieties about your future, finally, with a sense of relief this month. There might an unexpected discovery, and you might feel disappointment or confusion as you face the consequences. But it’s NOT as bad as you think, and the reality is far easier to handle than the shadows you’ve let grow in your mind.

taroscope

water signs: cancer, pisces, scorpio (seven of swords, the hanged man, three of wands). Share your concerns. There’s something out there which troubles you. I know it, you know it, and we both know it’s better addressed than ignored. Life will remain in limbo until you get to grips with it and acknowledge your perspective about the situation. Better yet, talk to someone else about it. Putting things into words will help clarify what’s happening, and their angle or input may prove the key to enlightenment.
