Grab one or two cotton balls, pour five tablespoons milk in a bowl and let cotton balls soak for two minutes. Gently rub the soaked cotton balls on your face in circular motions for five minutes. Depending on the size of your container in which you want to store it, mix coconut oil with sugar and honey in a bowl until you achieve consistency and place the mixture in refrigerator. When you want to use it, take it out 10 minutes prior to usage. If coconut oil has solidified, place the bottle in a container of hot water for a few minutes until it turns to liquid and mix it with other items. Lip scrubs are excellent exfoliators as they remove dead skin, increase blood flow and keep lips moisturized. You will gradually notice that your lip balms and lipsticks look better. When using it, take a small amount on your finger and gently rub on your lips.
