Oat Milkshake

2 cups fairlife 0% ultrafiltered, lactose free skimmed milk
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup wheat bran
3 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup ice
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth, about 20 seconds. Serve immediately.
