The new Ribcage captures the look and spirit not only of past eras of women’s Levi’s (think 1930s Katherine Hepburn territory) but also of today’s stylish gals who tailor their oversized vintage 501s to create high-waisted denim perfection. These jeans, available in straight leg, split flare and pleated crop (all three are slimming and backside boosting, natch), celebrate personal style and self-expression as a pair of pants that feel fresh and contemporary thanks to their amplified silhouette, but that don’t stray too far from that classic 501 aesthetic.
