Strawberry Mango Collagen Pops
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
2 scoops grass fed or wild-caught Sproos collagen
1 ripe large mango cut into chunks
1 cup strawberries
Juice of one lime
Honey or maple syrup to taste
Simply blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth. Pour into any popsicle mould and freeze until solid. Makes 4-6 pops.
