Plan in advance. Make as much of the meal as you can ahead of time to minimize work on brunch day. Case in point: eggs can be poached, juice can be squeezed, cider can be chilled, fruit can be chopped and coffee can be ground the day before.
Balance the brunch. A successful meal has something for everyone. Great news is the new Strongbow Rosé Apple Cider pairs perfectly with foods along the likes of salads, pasta, grilled chicken and seafood; a variety of options suited to a variety of occasions.
Serve in style. Elevated entertaining is all about presentation. Whether it’s upscale platters or elegant coasters, use your servewares to bring your brunch to another level. Afterall, it’s the little details go a long way. Strongbow Rosé Apple Cider is best served over ice in a stemless glass – be sure to focus on these little touches for optimal taste and prime aesthetic.
