This year, Moët & Chandon celebrates the 150th anniversary of its iconic brut champagne with a limited-edition bottle, inscribed with a redesigned logo that erects the “I” of “Impérial” into a new symbol for its most emblematic champagne.
Of course, Moët Impérial’s anniversary bottle is filled with the House’s signature brut that reflects a distinctive style of champagne defined by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity, all distinguishing characteristics of Moët & Chandon’s blends.
The champagne of choice for celebrities and sport champs—and, TBH, the Vita Daily team—here’s a cocktail you can make at home to fete lifetime achievements or come together to mark intimate milestones. Cheers to another 150 years! —Vita Daily
Impérial1869
15 ml agave syrup (combine 1 part agave nectar and 1 part water (50/50))
2 dashes grapefruit bitters
1 dash orange flower water
100 ml Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Champagne
Pour all the ingredients into the Moët Impérial Coupette 150th anniversary and top with Champagne. Garnish with a sprig of baby’s breath flowers and serve with a smile. (Note: If you are unable to find an edible Baby’s breath flower, clip it to the glass so no contact is made with the cocktail.)
