Talk about an exclusive dining experience (that you, too, can attend): award-winning chef Andrea Carlson of our Burdock & Co and Harvest Community Foods (two of our favourite Vancouver dining spots) is teaming with Glorious Organics to host an al-fresco farm-to-table feast in support of Fraser Common Farm in Langley, B.C., on August 18th, 2019.
We’re salivating just thinking about this upcoming plant-based multi-course dinner, featuring beautiful produce from Glorious Organics and with proceeds supporting Fraser Common Farm: a co-operatively owned and operated farming collective in nearby Aldergrove. The magical 90-seat meal will showcase local producers and suppliers, including Blue Heron Creamery, The Flourist, Nichol Vineyard, Ampersand Distilling Co., Brassneck Brewery, Dickie’s Ginger Beer, and Level V Bakery, among others.
