You know us: always game for brunch! So when a new opp to experience our fave meal comes up, we’re tickled!
Starting Saturday, October 26th, Vancouver’s Botanist restaurant is unveiling a new weekend brunch experience under the culinary direction of executive chef Hector Laguna, together with a unique cocktail experience led by Grant Sceney. Available every weekend from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $62 per person, it includes a welcome glass of sparkling wine, brunch-inspired punch cocktail and an exclusive two-course menu. We’re looking forward to trying a selection from the Morning Stretch menu: share-style items like smashed avocado toast, brioche French toast and hand-cut beef tartare. For the main event: Botanist classics like the Wagyu burger, fish and chips with a squid ink tempura, smoked bacon cassoulet, wild mushroom risotto or the signature Botanist Benedict, offered three ways. A unique cocktail experience, designed in the Botanist Cocktail Lab, is served table-side, offering up a selection of rotating brunch-inspired punches made with house-made seasonal tinctures and syrups.
